As her knowledge has been gained in various roles across many sectors, Helen has been influential in many diverse projects. Among her many strengths is the ability to look at systems and alter process and procedure to make efficiencies, with a view to always improve customer experience.

Gary's leadership, technical and credit risk skills means he and the business development team can work alongside borrowers and the I&F Credit Team to build compelling lending opportunities that deliver value for everyone. Internal Head of Borrowers
Jay joined Invest & Fund in November 2015, having previously been on the Barclays Corporate Graduate Scheme. Jay worked as an Assistant Relationship Manager for the UK’s largest Professional Services firms and more recently as a Credit Analyst in the Property Credit team. Having worked on some of the UK’s largest residential development deals, Jay brings with him a wide range of knowledge and understanding of the property deal process. Jay has used his experience to refine the way in which Invest & Fund reviews and monitors its Borrowers, making sure each deal runs smoothly. Jay has a keen eye for detail, and delivers efficient and thorough credit reporting on a day-to-day basis.
Mary joined us in 2016 and has over 30 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, working at companies such as NatWest, Arbuthnot Commercial Finance and Bibby Financial Services. For the last ten years she has been undertaking a new business administration role and customer service is one of her key skills.
Rachel joined us in 2016 and has over 20 years’ experience in administration and finance. She started her career as an account executive for Dun and Bradstreet, moving onto the publishing industry as an office manager and most recently has worked for the Let's Do Business Group as a Loan Administrator for Start Up Businesses. Rachel's key skills are building solid business relationships with clients and outside agencies keeping the key focus on the client at all times.
Over the years Victoria has held a variety of senior positions within corporate finance (Santander), sales and recruitment. She has a proven track record of building long-term relationships with customers and clients ensuring value is provided to them and their business.
Victoria co-ordinates all actions relating to Borrower applications at I&F, including the management of security documentation and originator liaison. Victoria’s efficiency, professionalism and enthusiasm shines through in every task she partakes in.
Andrea has over 17 years’ experience in a variety of senior administrative roles and is responsible for all HR co-ordination within the company. The day-to-day control of the office is down to her superb organisational skills. Andrea keeps us all in order and ensures everything in the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
